Imagine a green field opening on a soft hill that overlooks Frascati’s DOCG vineyards, the olive grove hillside of the Castelli Romani and the ancient Regillo Lake, a landscape of agricultural calling just a few kilometers away from the capital. This is Merumalia, literally ‘wine and other things’, heaven for lovers of uncontaminated food, fine wine, relax and outdoor promenades, Wine Resort and Organic Farm.

When you come to Merumalia Wine Resort, you’re visiting a family estate with a heart. We’re living in area with rich history, but we live very much in the present – combining the best of tradition with the benefits of modern innovation.

Merumalia is the Fusco’s Family Estate. We are hands-on and passionate about the estate’s wines, olives and  the satisfaction of our visitors and guests.

Our philosophy  is inspired by its terroir – the idea that wines must be the individual expression of their soil, climate and cultivation in the vineyard – and that this must be maintained according to principles of sustainability and passed on to the next generation.

The wines show character, elegance and great personality, reflecting the most professional winemaking. The nice climatic conditions and the excellent soil characteristics of the vineyards support production of mineral wines, fresh and fruity white as well as concentrated and velvety red.
